Bidding Evaluation and Contractor Selection Using Balance Index Model and Comprehensive Input Efficiency Based on Data Envelopment Analysis

چکیده

In order to ensure a smooth construction project, it is necessary select an appropriate contractor. However, traditional bid evaluation methods are highly subjective in determining weights. Data envelopment analysis (DEA), comprehensive method that considers multiple factors, was introduced reduce subjectivity and provide simple yet for evaluating bids. Based on the existing cross-evaluation balance index models, this research proposed new DEA ranking model—the input efficiency model, as well its specific application steps. Additionally, case study selecting contractors water engineering project presented demonstrate effectiveness of model. The results indicated model could achieve same function suitable assessing bidders’ relative efficiency. Moreover, more simplified. Thus, compensates drawbacks models process cumbersome, thereby extending evaluation. provides tenderers with efficient effective most future, may be conducted apply other types projects, including service real estate, consulting services.
